We will explore the source of these beliefs and consider if they in fact are both true and serving your highest good. We will tease out one belief after another in order to lay the foundation for creating the life of your dreams.
This is a very exciting step in the process. Here we will really look at how your daily practices can be gently optimized to help support and craft the life you truly want to live. We will start very small and build upon wins. This part of the coaching will be uniquely customized to your needs, preferences, and goals. We will specifically integrate practices which help hedge against the risks of the extreme highs and lows of Bipolar.
After building on your success from Pillar 1 & 2, it's time to explore and step into an identity and purpose that excites and elevates you. We will take time to explore your strengths, dig up passions and dreams you may have tucked away, and decide what your next step is. The big questions we will ask are: How can you be authentically yourself and use your gifts to serve others?
